This Gew?rztraminer is a product of several sites with sandy soils in the Bassa Atesina of Alto Adige. Although the sites in Termeno, Magr? and Lake Caldaro are very hot, the individual components are strengthened with the help of a staggered grape harvest. That gives the Gew?rztraminer freshness, minerality, depth and finesse. When possible, a portion of the grapes is harvested with noble rot.
It’s farmed according to biodynamic methods of viticulture, Demeter certification.
Colour: clear, gold-yellow
Aroma: intense aromatics, tropical fruits (quince, passion fruit), spicy
